I highly recommend Attorney Mark Mellor, Riverside, CA, both for his skills as an attorney and his ethical approach. I am writing this review instead of my friend, the plaintiff, because he works in a industry with a small number of firms. Attorney Mellor won a complex civil case litigating the rights of a shareholder in an employee-owned company. I have no training in the business/legal aspects, so the following description is generalized. I reached out to this law firm for a consultation regarding issues with my HOA management and their harassment. My consult was scheduled easily and quickly (then rescheduled due to my mistake I'm sorry!).During the consultation Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable and worked WITH me to make sure I was able to comprehend what he was saying so I could pass it on in my own words to the HOA so this can be resolved. If my situation goes to mediation and I need to retain Mark, I have no doubt I would win my case with marks help!I definitely refer Mark to anyone who has real estate concerns that need to be addressed legally.
