Storefront entry door was binding up and scraping the threshold. It was a potential hazard for our customers to get hurt. Joe with JBI knew where his serviceman was and rerouted him to our location within an hour. The serviceman was professional courteous and smart. He was able to adjust the door succeeding in the fix in a short time when a different company could not. As an insurance agent I have a lot of clients ask where they should do business. I am sending all my referrals to JBI.
