While some workers, like Alex, have been noted for their poor communication, overall, the quality of work, such as the patio and pergola, has been praised. I initially posted a negative review for them, which prompted an immediate response from them. The patio cover looks good, too soon to tell if the work itself is good. They honored the original agreed upon cost, after being told there would be an additional cost for having pavers (completely understood, but should have been told from the get-go).
From the first day visit to completion of my patio, TENCO had been very professional. They answer all my questions and concern. The installer was very topnotch, he professionally installed my patio beautifully. Very satisfied with outcome, Thank you TENCO.
Tenco was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Kevin was very thorough and his communication letting us know what to expect at each phase. We were told materials might take 3-6 weeks and they came within the first week. The team was very professional and we love the finished product. Thank you Tenco and the team for a fantastic job!
