Just got the x frame mufflers for my 1964 Impala, i think it sounds great, sounds great at idle and has a nice raspy crackle in higher rpms, i have 2 1/4” pipes with welded on pencil tips out the back, polished ram horn exhaust manifolds. Thanks guys i love them!
I have a 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T Scatpack 392 with a 6.4L engine. I did a few mods to the exhaust system: long tube headers, all 3" dual exhaust, no resonators, Flowmaster Super 10s as main mufflers. After I de-activated the Active Exhaust, the car started droning around 1800-1850 rpm. I purchased two Spintech 9000 Prostreets and installed them in the very back, where the factory resonators used to be. With 2 Flowmasters in the front and two Spintechs in the back, the car now sounds perfect -- not too loud and still much louder than stock. I don't hear the drone any more, but will do the final test on the highway later this week. I'm very happy that the overall noise...read full review
