I had never had panels yet alone dealt with its issues. I called Solar Service Professionals and their name says it all. I am pleased about everything from the time I called, the email communication to the technician that was scheduled. My technician was Issac. Exceptional service. Arrived on time. His ETA was exact. Provided thorough information from his arrival until he finished. Explained everything. I learned so much information regarding solar panels and how it works, things to look out for and even provided advice on how to track usage. Really polite and respectful. He was really knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Solar Service Professionals tech, Isaac, was at my home to install a replacement inverter in my PV solar panel system. He arrived on time, explained the work that he would do, and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I might have. Isaac was very personable...a very good face of the company. When the work was done, he let me know and explained to me the actual work he had done to ensure that my system was in good working order. Excellent job!
Isaac was very knowledgeable on the equipment that is installed here. He was very polite and attentive. I would recommend this service to anyone having trouble with their solar panels.
