When I walked into Smart Prep I was frustrated with my insurance company and stressed out because other body shops told me I’d be without my car for 4 weeks or more. Joe said “Car accidents are stressful enough. Getting your car fixed shouldn’t be.” They made good on that promise. They dealt with the insurance company, and let me keep my car while the parts were on order (which is pretty much on heard of.). Because of that, the actual time my car was in the shop was less than a week, and it looks great. I couldn’t be happier.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! The absolute BEST in PDR! I contacted 5 places and all of them told me that PDR was impossible. Then we were referred to Smart Prep. Jim, Joe and Tammy are awesome! I’m a happy happy customer! Thank you for your professionalism and unbelievable talent!

Got my front bumper repaired here. They did a great job and were extremely helpful and friendly. Gave me a great price and made sure I was informed about all the of my possible options. Will definitely be coming back.
