I came to learn about this place from a paintless dent removal guy I’ve used a few times. When I called him about a recent PDR, he said he wasn’t certain he could do the work and recommended this place. Said he had worked there in the past and that I’d be happy with what they could do. The repair I wanted done was to fix the bottom corner of my driver’s side door that I caught on a gas station post.

Staffs are very kind and genuine. Stephanie is just amazing and very supportive. I had golf ball mark accident on my car door. Very tticky position to be fixed. She coordinated with Jim Perod and performed PDR (pointless dent removal), was able to fix the mark perfectly. Thank you is not enough but thank you!
It’s refreshing to find an honest, classy, business. That’s Smart Prep. I had a problem with the trimming on one side of my car. I contacted several mobile repair services and others. Couldn’t get anything done. I called Smart Prep, stopped by, they fixed it for a very reasonable fee, and were friendly, honest, and helpful. Smart Prep will be my go-to in the future.
