SEMPER Solaris completed our system during Covid lockdown. It was a challenge with many state obstacles, but did a tremendous job. Recently, we had an issue that needs to be addressed, but I must say that Josh did an awesome job in determining the factors affecting our system. With that said, there is room for a tweaking of the system. I believe a few more technicians would be a great investment. The service after the sale is a little slow. I want to yell sometimes, but honestly, the entire staff is so incredibly nice and professional, so I just hold back. Josh was excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend getting him involved with troubleshooting as often as you guys can. Very happy he was assigned to our case as it was very frustrating with other (non semper Solaris) techs I spoke to.
