From the moment they came to pick up my mom when she passed they treated her and our family with so much respect, care and compassion. I had absolutely no idea where to begin or how to navigate any of the arrangements but Jason guided me through every single step with patience and kindness. I just want to say that my family is very pleased with the services that was provided by Tonya and Dean and the all the rest that put together such a beautiful memorial for my Dad. Thank you guys so much for all that you do. You really made us feel comforted when our lives were turned upside down.

Jason and the staff at Rubidoux Mortuary staff were very helpful during the entire process after my loved one passed. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed by the situation once they passed because I have never been through anything like this but Jason helped explain everything and did not make me feel pressured to buy anything or get any services that weren't necessary.
After talking to another mortuary in the area that was very rude, speaking with Jason felt like dealing with an old family friend rather than being treated like sales opportunity.
