We used RKM Heating & Air Conditioning last year for our a/c repair. They told us then we would need to replace our 24 year old a/c in about a year, and they were right. Because of their professionalism and honesty, we called them again. From the call to their office help to their technicians, RKM is unmatched. Zach was helpful in coming out and giving us a bid. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything. After checking a few places, we found that Zach gave a very fair price for our job. The professionalism of your technicians is supreme. Tech James was here today and he went through my entire system and explained each step clearly and made sure that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done now and in the future. The technician James Todd is very professional, and knowledgeable. Our AC is being a pain and he and the company have been working tirelessly. James does great work. I recommend him and RKM for repairs and service for your AC, heating needs.
