I came to this urgent care because it was the only location with an X-ray technician on site, which I found through Google. My first impression was excellent—great customer service from the moment I walked in. I was greeted warmly and directed to check in right away. The entire process, from beginning to end, was quick and informative. Both the nurse and the doctor were wonderful, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit.
My son injured his arm during football practice, and we came here since it was the closest urgent care facility. I’m so glad we did! The staff were friendly, accommodating, professional, and efficient, and the wait time was reasonable. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt medical attention!
I’ve been coming to this branch of urgent care since I was young, my parents always took me to the moreno beach location, and now have a urgent care in riverside I now go to the one on van buren. I came in yesterday for a sick visit and explained my symptoms to the medical assistant and this lady was so rude, made me feel stupid and just had the worst attitude. The actual doctor also made me feel dumb because I said I had a fever but I didn’t know what temp I was at in the morning, he told me basically I can’t say I had a fever - even though I had all the symptoms and felt hot - he told me technically i didn’t because I didn’t get a temperature.
