I had recently went to take my grandmother for an eye exam. The service and customer service was very eye-opening. Exam was very thorough and exceptional. My grandmother was very pleased. She in all her years has never seen such beautiful, and lovely ladies who are professionals, devoted to their work and ultimately put customer care and service ahead of themselves. She wanted it to be known she is very thankful to Annelisa,Jessica and the whole office for taking care of her, reassuring her and ultimately addressing her needs ! Great service. From the start to the end excellent service. Felt welcomed from the time I entered. They offered water, coffee and some sweets. Doctor was professional and kind during the exam. Had a eye exam and got some designer glasses they were able to get the colored lens I wanted and polarized lens at an affordable price. Highly recommend visiting them for your eye care. They take most insurances. They even offer spa services under one roof quite a unique optometrist office.
