Had an appointment earlier today. From the time I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcome by helping me immediately. Gave me paperwork to fill out for first time visit. Very friendly and patient. Was called shortly after Very close to my appointment time and was helped by a wonderful assistant with the pre-check up. In turn, a short wait later Doctor Lai greeted me and gave me several different tests and exams. Very thorough with his details where I was able to understand everything. Thank you Dr. LI AND ALL UR STAFF for a great experience. First of a kind for an optometry appointment!
Riverside Eye Specialist gives a very thorough eye exam and explains everything to you. The doctors and staff are very kind and act in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this Eye Specialist for specialty contact lenses
