Re-Nu Massage

Very poor service. Only one person working and kept leaving the room everytime doorbell rang. Then when i was leaving she asked for a tip. I told her tips are voluntary and she said no you have to tip i gave you massage for 30 minutes. I explained no it was a poor massage and constant interruption. She got upset and said something in chinese i believe and walked away. Never going here again.

I left so sore. I do not like that they start the massage with no privacy. It's bright and noisy!! Need to get some blinds from letting the sun come in... how can that relax you. Then people walking in or having conversations. Then disrupt your massage to transition you to another room for the full body massage. Yeah not a fan of the set up.

There was so much that went on here it was insane how this place is 5 stars , I made an appt for 2pm with the lady for 30 min back massage, I had to wait 10 mins before being seen .. That's fine, she comes in and rips the sheet from underneath me and replaced it with a towel .. I was very confused by this but oh well. She starts massaging it wasn't too great so I asked for a little more pressure which she did.. but then someone comes in the door so she stops my massage to go talk to them then tells me she can't finish my massage bc a man in the front wants a woman to massage him I didn't like this she kept saying it's up to you I can finish or have a male worker finish you and I kept saying no you please finish I wasn't comfortable with a male massaging me and she kept arguing that she won't finish my massage so I finally complied bc I wanted to get out of there ... the massage finished up and they both ran out and handed me back my receipt and told me I needed to put a tip ... I was baffled by this I always tip but my experience was so bad I didn't want to but it was obvious I wasn't able to leave without tipping them so I handed them $5 and I got a disgusted look from both ... now cut to this morning I am in so much more pain than I was before I went in and I even have bruises on my back ... never coming back here,
