Nataniel just towed a rare and Classic car for us. He was AWESOME! Efficient, Friendly, etc. Dude had a SMALL space to work with in our garage and was a champ about it. Dude needs to be recognized as a great Representation for Ramos Towing. He made sure to properly get everything attached. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ramos Towing, and I'm keeping all info on file for all of our future Towing/Assistance needs and to also recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trusted company to tow with. Seriously, dude was AMAZING.

Ramos Towing LLC was contracted by AAA dispatch after 4 other tow companies and drivers couldn’t figure out how to tow my vehicle. Ramos towing is located in Riverside, my vehicle was in Redondo Beach. Vincent the driver minimized the distance and was very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and took care of my issue! Bravo Ramos towing and Vincent! Appreciate You both!

Update... its been about a year since i last needed a tow and AAA dispatched Ramos again. I was very happy with that. Jonathan arrived 30 min sooner than estimated and was lightening fast to get the car hooked up and ready to go. His gps was suggesting to drive around the block in the opposite direction, so he just asked to tell him the way to go. It was less than 3 miles, and got us and the car back home safely. Dropped the car and was off to the next customer. So far, Ramos has choice workers who know their job and do it well. THANK YOU!
