Highly recommend Bad Drains Plumbing. From my initial phone call to finishing the project, they were nothing but professional. Raeann was exceptional in accommodating our schedule on the weekend for our initial meeting as well as communicating the entire process of the project. David was on time to our appointment to assess the issue and answered all our questions. We were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. David and his crew came out to replaced about 65ft of our sewer line from root intrusion. Pictures were sent of the progress they made. The project was estimated to be done in 3 days, they actually finished in 2 days. Thank You!

I had a great experience with Pronto Plumbing and Rooter. Fabian, the technician, was fantastic — he had excellent communication throughout the whole process. He replaced a valve for the washroom, unclogged a bathroom drain, and also helped out with my water heater. Fabian was on time and reliable every visit. I really appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!
