Raeann was exceptional in accommodating our schedule on the weekend for our initial meeting as well as communicating the entire process of the project. The technician was professional and knew what he was doing. He explained the entire procedure and was finished in about an hour and a half. He also went out of his way in order to keep the work area clean. When he was finished he showed me that the pipe was completly clear with his camera. That was very reassuring.
