Beware this guy only works when he wants to I try to get in contact and get everything set up and doesn't respond back to any of your text messages. he's a waste of time and wasted mine man that lies to his customers with no backbone and that doesn't even have the courage to respond thanks for wasting my time. People you be the judge!!!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD‼ My husband & I purchased a house back in May 2023. The house came with paid off solar panels that were installed by Pacific Pro Solar in 2015. We had issues with the panels not working either due to never being used or connection issues. We reached out to Bill to try to get some help on the issue since we were told to call him and that the solar panel came with a 12-year warranty. I had Bill install 20 solar panels a year ago last November. There was an issue and the system stopped producing on Nov. 4th. Bill answered only one call and flipping the breaker didn't solve the problem. Since then he hasn't responded to multiple calls and emails in the past 2 months. This is the worst service I have ever received from a contactor that I spent more than $20K to install solar. The initial install contract was signed in June and the materials delivered to my garage in July and didn't get installed until November. Needless to say I would not recommend someone of this caliber to do any work.
