Dr. Edwards and his entire staff are great. The dental work is top notch, the entire staff is friendly, and they're ON SCHEDULE. I've been called back at or before my scheduled time during every visit. Glad I made the switch from my previous dental office.
If you have dental phobia, (mine was severe, I was crying just calling on the phone to make the appointment) you need to go here! So far, no pain and I've had one crown, an extraction, a post drilled into my jawbone, and a bone graft over the last couple weeks. The dentist can give you something for your anxiety and it really helps! Once you realize the procedure won't be painful, you relax even more! They also do same day crowns, so you don't have to go through the hassle of a temp just to come back later to have the permanent one put on. For us dentalphobes, one less appointment saves us from so much stress and anxiety. Everyone here is so sweet and upbeat. They put you at ease from the moment you walk in.
Dr. Neal Edwards has a great staff, who are very concise about explaining the price and steps of any procedure. Dr. Edwards is very communicative in explaining what needs to be done, with regard to the dental exam and/or procedure and completes the task in a very detailed and precise manner.
