Our outside AC unit stopped working late Friday evening of Labor Day Weekend. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to come out—especially at 8 PM on a holiday weekend—but Kevin was an absolute lifesaver. Our fan motor had failed, and within just 1.5 hours he had our system up and running again. Kevin was courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything, was easy to talk to, and gave me complete confidence that I was receiving the best service possible. I had the pleasure of having Angel come out to fix my AC unit, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From the moment he arrived, Angel was professional, respectful, and incredibly kind. Found this company through a Google search. I was able to get a sale day appointment for an issue with my AC. Their tech Kevin arrived, inspected the unit, identified the issue, and presented me with my option. He didn’t push anything on me. He explained what to expect with each option, completed the work, and was in his way. Kevin was courteous, friendly, and clean with his work. I will be using their company q for all HVAC services going forward.
