I am a HUGE fan of Hand and Stone Spa Riverside. I own a company that provides fitness classes for Moms and they came to provide mini massages and my clients were obsessed with the quality from even a mini massage! Their skincare products are fantastic-- I especially love their facial moisturizer. The spa itself is beautiful and calming, I cannot recommend them enough! FIT4MOM Moms love Hand and Spa!

I called the riverside location and made an appointment at the clinic on magnolia, when I arrived 5 min. early it was closed. When I called I was told that the location was corona!!!! Apparently, phone calls are being transferred to corona. NO ONE INFORMED ME that I was making an appointment at a different location, Let alone a different city. It was my anniversary so I was trying to make the best of it. We speed over and arrive 15-20 min late and was still charged full price. I was told by the assistant manager that a text message was sent out saying corona location, there was nothing he could do. I explained to him that the message was to confirm the appointment, not to tell me to pay attention to the address. I should not be charged full price for being late when I was unaware of were I was going! HORRIBLE! Update!!! The manager Tammy contacted me the next day and gave me a full refund and told me she completely understood. Amazing costumer service from the manager! 6 stars!
