I've hired many cleaning services in the past and paid for deep cleanings when tenants move out. The detailing is not there and they don't include cleaning inside of appliances in the deep cleaning. I found grease on the surfaces of the kitchen appliances. When I questioned the detailing the owner sent the team back, but they were not happy to have to return and were a bit aggressive about not liking the job they did. After they left, I found additional cob webs throughout the house, but I didn't want to ask for them to come back due to the teams reaction. I don't recommend for a deep cleaning. Ask what they cover for move out vs deep cleaning to see if it's worth for them to come out. Keep in mind their version of deep cleaning is different than most other companies.
I needed to get my house deep cleaned and clothes folded and they came through and did just that. Showed up early and did a fantastic job. It looks like a brand new house.
