I have to say, this was the BEST experience I have ever had with groomers! My chow chow baby was in rough shape matted and I haven’t been successful with trying to take care of her fur at all, she needed a lot , from the minute we walked in, Patty was so exceptional with petting her and making her comfortable. She spent the day with them, and let me tell you, my girl was BEAUTIFUL… If you want your animals to be truly cared for, this is your groomer, you literally feel how much these ladies take pride in their work and take great care of our fur babies🩷
Let me just say, I think Im the center of my dog’s universe… until we pulled into the parking lot of Lots O Love Pet Wash Center and he practically leapt out the window like he had better plans.
Stephanie, his groomer, must be part magician, part dog whisperer, and part fairy godmother with clippers because not only does my fur baby look like he just stepped out of a Vogue shoot (the pet edition, obviously), but he’s excited to go back. EXCITED. For a bath. The betrayal.
The service? Impeccable. The atmosphere? Think “spa day” but for pets—with none of the stress and all of the treats. Yes,The creates are clean.
