I recently utilized Lopez Party Rentals for a helium tank rental for my 50th birthday/Halloween party.
Following the event, I experienced a bit of post-party chaos during cleanup. Due to the flurry of activity, there was a mix-up, and I mistakenly believed the tank had already been returned.
When Lopez Party Rentals contacted me regarding the return, I immediately located the tank and brought it back. I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and understanding regarding the situation. They acknowledged the honest mistake and, as a wonderful gesture of goodwill, they waived the charge for the additional day of rental.

Very professional, on time, and beautiful decor. They gave us exactly what we wanted, the colors were bright and beautiful for my daughter's high school graduation party, thank you.
