Nicole has been one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. If you are looking for an attorney for this type of case, Nicole is for sure who you want in your corner. She may not have the time to respond to my every message but I know she gets them and she will respond if needed sometimes even before replying to my message, she is on it already. She will not always tell you what you want to hear but she is honest as can be and will not sugar coat anything just to get you to hire her. She will fight and fight hard for you. There is just not enough good things to say about our experience with Nicole. There is not a single thing I could complain about or say negatively about how Nicole has helped us out so much. Nicole has already gone above and beyond what any other attorney would have because she honestly cares about the cases she works and the families she helps. If you need the absolute best around and someone that knows the system extremely well you need to hire Nicole and let her help you out in your battles. There is no one other I would want on my side for the reasons I hired her. Nicole also has an extremely good reputation in the local system and no one has ever had anything bad to say about her unless maybe you ask the other side, I can not imagine they think as highly of her but that makes me feel all that much better about hiring Nicole when I saw the fear on the other sides face when she walked in to represent me. I had the need for a family law attorney in 2013. So I looked in to The law office of H. William Edgar. I went 9 years previously doing all the "court stuff" on my own and not getting anywhere, other then full of stress and anxiety. After meeting with Mr. Edgar in his Riverside office for a free consultation, and discussing my case for a child custody and child support modification, Mr. Edgar put me and my husband at ease and explained the entire process. Mr. Edgar told us with complete confidence that this was gong to handle everything and we hired him on the spot. His staff went to work right away and the paperwork process was made so easy. When the court date finally arrived I was a nervous wreck, but he knew all the right things to say and was so prepared to handle all the nonsense that my ex-husband was trying to convince the judge of... long story short, I've ended up using Mr. Edgar's office 3 more times and each time we were completely satisfied with the judges ruling. On a side note, What really sold us on choosing Mr. Edgar's law office was when we asked about why we were getting nowhere with our case for the last 9 years. He told us, "think of it this way, when your sick, you go to a doctor for help. You don't try to heal yourself. On the same theory, if you need help in court, get a lawyer." The law office of H. When you are looking for an attorney regarding a family law case, you are in an extremely vulnerable position. I was dealing with an immediate interstate child custody jurisdiction therefore, my case was very complicated; my five year old child is a resident of California and was kept in a different state after an agreed visitation schedule with the mother took place.
