This gym has a variety of different machines and great trainers. It’s one of the biggest in my area. I specifically wanted a gym with a punching bag. This gym has one! They offer “HITT” where you work with trainers and perform various exercises for short time periods FOR FREE. I think HITT is fun. I currently have a trainer Jacob W.. I have been training with him for almost 6 months! This is my last month of training with him and it has been a journey. Very nice facility modern equipment and plenty to choose from at what ever level you are at it has all the amenities swimming pool jacuzzi showers lockers for your belongings bring your owen lock i recommend this place
