Update: I would like to update this review. I reached out to the spa direct Summer and she was more than happy to rectify the experience from 12/30. She did admit that the spa is undergoing some changes, but she wanted to make sure I had a chance to enjoy the experience that I was originally booked for. Summer reached out to me in a timely manner and made sure that everything was coordinated flawlessly. Thank you Summer for your attentiveness to this matter and showing appreciation to your long time customers. Earlier this month my family and I planned to have a spa day for my birthday and it went great we all had a good time, but there were some things that brought down the rating overall. We got massages which were wonderful, we also all got pedicures which were done by the same person, Jennifer. although she was nice she did a HORRIBLE job on all of our toes. i got a regular french tip pedicure which cost 100+ a 50 tip btw and my toes are already chipped after a week! not only that but my french tip was so sloppy. all of her work was. my mom left with blue TOES not blue nails smh. if you plan to go the service is great! but be weary of getting a pedicure, not worth the price....read full review

Wow! What a fabulous technician I had !It was my privilege, of experiencing her work and it was Amazing! If you get an opportunity to visit the “Kelly’s Spa” located in the Historic Mission Inn, in Downtown Riverside CA, do yourself the favor of getting a 50 minute healing massage. Every patron is treated with respect and dignity no matter what walk of life they come from.
