For the last month, we have been enjoying our new backyard which features a saltwater pool (about 4’ deep) and spa, deck, retaining wall, stairs to driveway and lower yard, and railings. There were some significant amendments for additional projects primarily initiated by us including a new driveway, design changes, additional electrical work, and new planter area water lines. Once we got through the permitting process, the construction process was completed within the original 16-week estimate.
