My hard drive crashed. Bob helped me recover my files and installed a new hard drive. I thought the cost was very reasonable. Definitely would utilize Bob's services again, if needed.

I took my dead hard drive to Bob and he recovered 3+GB of information including priceless family photos and videos. He even took time to help me set up my new laptop at no charge.
