It's a bummer to see so many bad reviews for a company with which I had a perfect experience. I ordered my countertop through Home Depot and got a great price. Hy Tech Tile called promptly to set up the templating. The gentleman doing the templates was friendly, knowledgeable, and exact. The fabrication was done with lightning speed--days when I expected weeks. People in the office called when there were questions, called to talk about options when my preferences weren't possible, and called to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend Hy Tech Tile. I had my countertops redone through Home Depot that was contracted with hy tech. The staff, especially Windy and Rachel, were amazing. They took very good care of me and did an outstanding job on my countertops. Thank you so much for all your hard work and getting it right!
