I would like to thank Matthew in the Service Repair Department for being patient and kind while trying to fix my Samsun cell phone. He finally succeeded and no more pop-ups. Such an amazing experience. Customer service is outstanding. Jaime in electronics helped us a lot and educated us a lot. Joe in appliance is a superstar. Took the time to answer 1 million of questions and help us go through reviews and make the best decision on our families needs.

My computer was dropped - my business computer!! Of course, I was scared! Came here , while praying, they can handle it. About 2 hours later I came back - and wow! Awesome service Ben!!
