I would like to thank Matthew in the Service Repair Department for being patient and kind while trying to fix my Samsun cell phone. He finally succeeded and no more pop-ups.
Matthew was the only one on duty, so he rotated customers, trying to fix their problem. So nice to each and every person that he interacted with.

Such an amazing experience. Customer service is outstanding. Jaime in electronics helped us a lot and educated us a lot. Joe in appliance is a superstar. Took the time to answer 1 million of questions and help us go through reviews and make the best decision on our families needs.

My computer was dropped - my business computer!! Of course, I was scared! Came here , while praying, they can handle it. About 2 hours later I came back - and wow! Awesome service Ben!!
