I had just moved into my apartment and the sliding door wasn’t sliding or locking properly. My manager arranged for Fred’s to come out and fix it. Javier was the tech that arrived. The sliding door was not cooperating but Javier would not back down. He got the job done and did it with a smile. Thank you Javier and Fred’s.

I have been using this company for over 17 years and reefer all my clients to them. They just did an amazing mirrored closet and replaced a large window. They were efficient, respectful and showed up when they said they would Perfection! Their prices are very competitive! They are my go to and thank you so much for making my client so happy. We tried to throw a phone on the couch and missed...iPhone went through the window. I called Fred's and within 2 minutes, the lady had my address, the size of the window, asked a few questions, scheduled the repair for 9am the next day, Javier showed up at 9, fixed the window in 45 minutes, cleaned up after himself and did a superb job. $198. I gotta say, this is some of the best service I have ever received from anyone in California, not exaggerating. These guys have it down.
