They were so very patient with my daughter (6yrs old) who refused to get the eye drops that burn. Besides that, fairly quick appointments, all questions answered and they are patient with you when choosing frames. Staff isn't overly friendly, but it is a calm environment rather than hostile. Staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the doctor as well.Just a bit on the slow side. If you enjoy good service it's worth the wait.But if you're in a hurry this isn't the place to go.

The staffs will call the customers names based on their arrival times. This optometry has many customers and is always busy. Thus appointment date can be sometime later.
