Awesome experience. Very problematic Samsung refrigerator we had (with a touchscreen door model) got fixed. Been searching for an issue a several times. It was very tricky task. We almost give up on fixing it and was planning to get a new fridge. But Vitaliy, the repair specialist who was working on it, figured it out. Awesome job ? Very appreciated.

Vitalliy listened to my concerns, assessed my unit, and took the time to make sure I understood everything after his evaluation. He also identified and repaired (at no extra charge) faulty work done by a prior technician (from another company) that had the potential to cause a flood in my home. I was very pleased.

I am a first time client and happy with Expert appliance. Zina was very helpful explaining the process. Vitalia arrived in the ETA, he quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. Told me the cost of the repair and parts, assembled everything back together and put it back in place. He will be my permanent appliance repairman. Good job.
