Yes, yes, working with Ergeon will be a straightforward, professional experience, definitely would call them again. We had a side fence and gate put in by this company in 2022, and liked it so much (stable with cat traffic), called them for a vinyl fence for the back and side and a wood fence and gate in the driveway. Staff were very professional, pricing was very very reasonable. The project manager Tatiana was available to answer questions throughout the process. Installation took about 9 hours, the team was very efficient, swiftly completing all the things and cleaning up. Everything looks phenomenal, very stable, really love how it turned out, thanks!

I was cautious at first, but Troy at Ergeon impressed me with a clear video-inspection of my fence, courteous communication, and transparency about pricing and reviews. Though they asked for my bank details up front (with assurance of no charge until the job is done), I insisted on a written contract first. He honored that, and overall I felt more confident working with them than I expected. I appreciate the effort to build trust — still waiting on the final install, but so far I’m hopeful.”
