Although I decided to go with Lowes since they were slightly less, Kerecia was very professional and pleasant to speak with throughout the measurement process and today when she did the followup on my decision.
Dayne was very professional, knowledgeable & honest w/his opinion that I needed a retaining wall to hold back the dirt on a higher side of the fence which is the reason my existing fence is being pushed down by land erosion. Another fence company didn’t realize I would need a retaining wall, which is common sense when you see the dirt pushing out the bottom of my current fence.
Your representative walked me through the process of getting my n ee fence. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very professional and submitted all documents that needed. I was very pleased.
