Technician (Willy) explained everything very well was in and out and did not leave any mess. Very prompt and professional.Also appreciate while doing work Willy pointed out other plumbing potential issues not related to water filtration system. I looked into further and sure enough he was right probably saved me $ from a later disaster.
After learning about the dangers of the PFAS found in the Westminster, CA water, I spent hours online trying to find the most effective system to remove them from our drinking water. I read about the Kinetco System and decided that it was one of the most effective Reverse Osmosis Filtration systems. We contacted Environment Water Filtration to do the installation when our kitchen remodel was completed. Ashley followed up with me periodically to see if we were ready to schedule the installation. As usual with remodeling projects, the scope grew and the time for the installation became a moving target. Ashley was understanding and worked with me. She even found an approved Reverse Osmosis water dispenser that matched our new faucet perfectly. When we were ready, she scheduled the installation on the date and time that was convenient for us. The installer showed up on time and within an hour or so, we were able to drink water with out worrying that we were poisoning ourselves. It is so nice to stop the filling a filtered water pitcher over and over again and waiting for the filter to slowly process the water. We never felt that it was removing the really harmful contaminants in our drinking water. Now we are Kinetco Water-A-Holics thanks to the Environmental Water Filtration Company.
