I called them on a Sunday, and they were able to meet with me within 15 minutes. The communication was excellent, the service was seamless, and the overall experience was absolutely amazing. 10/10—would highly recommend.

I'm a commercial real estate broker. I had an urgent situation that required a notarized signature on a document. The client had to have it done within an hour as they had to leave. I called Eli's Notary Service and spoke with Berniece. She was able to get Jesus Lozano out to the client right away. Furthermore, I needed to have the document brought to FedEx and have it overnighted to me for Saturday delivery. I provided all the FedEx instructions and a short while after notarization was done, I received a pic of the FedEx receipt with tracking number. The process was quick, professional, and stress-free. I really appreciate their flexibility, reliability, and excellent customer service.
