I must say, these guys are fantastic. They are a wonderful family and are always willing to advocate for their tenants. About a month ago, we had an issue with our water heater, and LaVern Sr. went above and beyond to find someone to assist us. Even though there was little he could do on his own, he persisted and made sure that our needs were met. It took nearly two weeks to resolve the problem, but his dedication and care were greatly appreciated. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

3 YEAR UPDATE!!!! I no longer wanted to rent my home. I literally just text LaVerne (property manager) that I no longer wanted to rent my home, he asked me what day I wanted the tenants out by and done!!! The tenants were out even before my requested date. The house was left in great condition and the rent was paid up until they left. Laverne really knows how to pick the best tenants and made this rental process a breeze. Thank you for being the best property manager! You really are great! Thank you! Highly recommend.
