Dr. Salazar is one of the most unprofessional doctors I've ever met. I had brought my son to my appointment not knowing kids weren't allowed, but the way dr. Salazar made my 9 yo feel was very cruel and mean . I had to bring my son to my appointment because he had radiation at Loma Linda after my appointment. He told me why is he here? Did he have to come through the back door? I was so confused to why he was talking To me like that in front of my son ,He also said “It's not like he's 3 or 4 years old he could watch himself “. Dr Salazar is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for allowing me to receive great care, and I highly recommend this doctor! (: my baby girl was born very healthy and happy ! It was a lot easier than I expected and went very well thanks to dr Salazar

Showed up 20 minutes early for our appointment to fill out first visit necessary paperwork. This was a referral from our primary care physician. After sitting for over 45 minutes, the receptionist notified us there was an issue with our insurance. I showed her my insurance ID card which showed we are in their network provider umbrella. The receptionist was fixated on what her computer was telling her, which listed a primary care physician not in their network, which I changed over 5 years ago. Whatever verification system she was using was severely outdated. This caused a back and forth for over an hour and left me extremely frustrated. As I have learned dealing with people in the medical industry, they have "ZERO" customer service skills. My wife did tell me the reviews were awful here, Belice they are 100% justified. We have since changed to a different network and you should avoid this place at your own peril.
