I called to get in as a new patient, and they were able to schedule me the next week. When I called back the same day to inform them of some issues I have been having, they made room for me to come in the next day instead! They also let me stay past closing without allowing me to feel rushed at all. Monique has worked in this field for (I believe she said) 20ish years; she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything regarding financial questions, tips and tricks for what I needed, and had a great eye for helping me match style. Do you love glasses? Then this is the place to go! Excellent customer service, excellent procedure options, excellent doctors. I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years and for the first time in my life I can say I finally found my actual prescription, all with the help and patience of Dr. DALTON! She is amazing!! I can't thank her enough! I suffer from dry eyes and stigmatism and I have always had trouble reaching the right prescription. I am beyond grateful to her! The staff also was so attentive I find the right glasses and even after I told them I was not happy with the pair I got, they jumped to it and assured me they would make it right.
