My husband n I have been going to University Village Dentistry since 2000. They r always friendly amazing n professional! We just love the whole office! We see Dr Rojas and she is funny gentle n amazing! Leslie is the office manager n front end person that is so happy kind n smart! We think they r the best dental office in California! We love them and they treat us like family!

Wonderful dental office! Dr. Hao and her staff are caring professionals who take the time to explain the procedures and make sure that you understand what is going to happen. They helped my 90 year old mother with her dentures, and called to check up on her to make sure the dentures were comfortable. She needed to have a couple of adjustments (as expected with dentures), but they made sure we left completely satisfied! The appointments were on time, the office is conveniently (for me) located in Canyon Crest, and there is plenty of parking. Leslie, the Office Manager, is very friendly, and excellent at communication (status of insurance, appointment reminders, etc.). Definitely recommend going here!

Myself and my family have been going to this dentist for years. The main doctor (dr Hao) has always performed the initial cleaning. And gone over the results. Showing you pics above your head. Which I have always appreciated. (Rare now a days). The entire office is extremely gentle when your in their care. Never really experienced discomfort. The staff is extremely friendly. And great about keeping you notified when you need things done. (Without being annoying. Lol) also when you have Lil ones they will take their time to make them comfortable. Leslie held my daughter by the hand and showed her all the tools she was worried about, and stayed with her until she was ready to be seen by doctor. (My daughter even sat in her lap when she had to check other patients in. It's a great place that is clean and in a great area. I highly recommend.
