My visit and laptop repair was done professionally and was a truly rewarding experience. All questions were answered and throughly explained. My computer problems totally solved. This was a busy place however no one lacked attention I'm extremely happy to say I will use this service for any future computer issues.

Doc’s provided outstanding and eminently competent service from start to finish. I was flying a long haul flight and I left my water bottle in my backpack, which of course exploded and damaged my laptop (a Macbook Air). I visited a certain other Mac repair shop in Riverside and they told me that the motherboard was ruined and that I’d need to get that replaced before they could assess further the total damage to the machine. I wanted a second opinion, so I went to Doc’s. They were helpful, efficient, fair, and polite throughout. My guy even went out of his way to meet me at my residence.
