We had our dog put down today and it was the first time I've ever had the experience of being told exactly what was going to happen to our dog, and we were reassured that she would remain comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff there were very attentive and compassionate during this difficult time. If we ever get another pet, we'll definitely take it here.
We love everyone at this office. They genuinely care about my German Shepherd. My dog is kind of a jerk with other people but they know how to handle her and aren’t intimidated. I especially appreciate what I feel are lower prices and they never try to sell me on anything extra. They have always suggested the cheaper/easier on the dog option first for us (my dog has allergies and gets ear infections often).
To Carlos & Victoria Where do I begin? I was recommended to Pro Vet by my family, and I couldn't be more grateful. I came in a month ago for an ultrasound and found out my 2 1/2-year-old French bulldog was pregnant. In June From that moment, the care and attention we received were exceptional. I drove down every day for a week for a reverse P test, and every visit reaffirmed my decision to choose Pro Vet. On July 13, my dog had a C-section, and everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a top-tier vet, this is the place. They specialize in French Bulldogs and English Bulldogs, but honestly, they do it all. A tip for future visitors: get there early, like super early. This is my go-to vet from now on. I live in Long Beach, and the drive is definitely worth it. As someone with no experience with puppies, I found the staff incredibly helpful and patient. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
