Gary knows way more about Apple products than Apple does. I was locked out of my iPad and Gary told me what to do. It worked! I had been on the phone with Apple many times with no results.
What a great company. I have taken my computers here for years, and every time, they did a great job quickly and at a fair cost. When great customer service seems obsolete, CSS is evidence that it is not. Their mission statement says, "CSS Computer Service was established in 1991 with one mission: to bring a reliable, high-quality Apple Computer Repair Service to the Inland Empire area." They have achieved their mission.
I have used CSS Computer service in the past and they have always done a great job and have outstanding customer service. I called a couple of days ago in a panic because my husband's laptop was having a major problem. The gentleman I spoke to was SUPER helpful and basically was able to explain to me over the phone what to do to get the laptop back to running smoothly. I followed his directions after I hung up and the laptop is back up and running. I was ready to go out and buy a new one. THANK YOU!! You saved me money I didn't have to spend right now.
