Amazing service!! From the moment we dropped our ps5 off to the moment we picked it up. They showed videos of them fixing the parts that needed to be fixed which was amazing to see how he did the work. Every side was labeled with my name and carefully reviewed to make sure I had my device. Thank you all for your amazing work!!!
My Xbox Series S HDMI port was damaged. I went in to see if I could get it replaced. Brady was super helpful and professional. He was clear on what was required and on the price. There were no surprises.
The service was done that same day which impressed me. I picked it up the next day and I was shown a video of the service they did for me and showed me the problem had been fixed.
