Incredibly pleased with my Crystal Pacific experience. I bought a new home in 2022 and needed to replace my windows because we live in a hot area. Steven from Liberty Windows and Doors in North County SD came highly recommended (He was awesome). We also ordered a custom French door to better showcase our yard during a remodel. The windows and doors have been incredible in saving us energy during the seasons.
Fast forward 2 years, our French door latch started having a problem. Crystal Pacific came out and fixed it with a week of contacting them at no charge. It was fully covered by their warranty. Highly recommend their products and service.

Why pay more for quality vinyl windows and sliding patio doors? I purchased Milgards before and these windows and storefront doors were of excellent quality and competitively priced. I would had to pay a lot more for Milgard or other name brands.Crystal Pacific Windows is the West Coast division of Crystal Windows in Flushings, NY, which has been in business for over 30 years. So they aren't a fly-by-night company. And they have the warranty to stand behind their work. I did my homework. I chose Crystal Pacific for their commercial lines of vinyl storefont windows for my motel lobby and all 11 rooms facing the street.
