The phlebotomists need extra training. I was poked three times in both arms (2 on my left and one on my right by two different staff] with no success. I was sent to Labcorp and the phlebotomist knew exactly where to poke me and I had no issues. The rest of the check-in process was fine.

Clean, attentive, and helpful staff. Get there early to get your physicals done as spots fill up for the day! Have your passport/barcode and paperwork from your employer ready!
Appreciate the process I experienced for my respiratory fit test, TB blood draw, drug screen and physical exam.
Staff kept me informed of instructions well and provided me with awareness of what would be next.
Appreciate the treats and water in the back available as well.
Remember to confirm you have all copies of any paperwork you may need to avoid coming back to visit to pick up the document(s) with ID.
Medical assistant was great who helped me but the wait time is a little crazy especially if there is a drug test included in your appt. How do they expect someone to wait for 4 hours to pee? Everything else was fine except for that. I ended up peeing before I got called back and could barely pee when it was time for me to take the test. I had to drink a bunch of water and wait like an hour more to pee again before I left. I feel if a drug test is on the appt that shud be within the first hour. And they can send us back out to wait for the physically part. But like I said besides that the office had a really good system and clean environment and staff was nice.
