October 13, 2025 Courtney is very customer service orientated. Text the day before to let me know she will be coming. On the day of service, she texts her approximate time of arrival and again when she is within 5-10 of arrival. Once again as in your past service visits, you listened to my concerns and addressed them. A last minute request to spray the garage and inside the house, didn’t faze you. Very professional. Thank you Courtney for helping to make my home inside and out bug free.

I was impressed by Courtney's service. Mom has used other pest management services before, but Courtney's service was much more thorough than the other company's service. She took her time to spray everywhere, even the gazebo, which had never been sprayed before! Courtney does good work! Mom says she looks forward to having her come back next month.
